They have been charging my credit card for months. I have never opened the product and don't recall ever signing up for it.

When I called to get a refund, they were only willing to refund up to 30 days. (I didn't even know I was getting the product, therefore cannot know about the return policy) the first man I spoke with kept trying to push that product as well as their protein on me. I said I wasn't interested and this persisted. I asked to speak to someone higher up who would not push their products on me.

That lady was rude and unwilling to help, as well as unwilling to give me information to someone higher up than her (she was a manager).

I wrote a letter 4 days ago to the company and still waiting for a response. I am out $302.
